Inclusion Roadmap Champions: Team members of varying levels were nominated to work with the VP of DEI and Inclusion Roadmap Leaders to drive our inclusion strategy. IAB Champions participate and lead critical inclusion work in support of our DEI Roadmap to drive action supporting our organizational inclusion outcomes.  Members provide thought leadership and ideas and work to implement DEI work while promoting the importance of DEI across our organization.  IAB Champions work to support four key DEI areas: Cultural Awareness/Employee Engagement, Inclusion Training, DEI Recruitment and Inclusion Academic Alliance.
