At Little Leaves, our staff is critical in helping us accomplish our mission: helping children with autism grow and succeed.
Each month, we celebrate a passionate and dedicated team member and share their story as an ABA professional.

There have been multiple positive memories to choose from, however, one aspect of the Little Leaves community that I always enjoy are the moments at the start of every team meeting where we all have the opportunity to share exciting updates on a client’s progress. It really is a great way to start the meeting, and it provides a platform for every member of our community to share how their work at Little Leaves has made a difference.
Very early on in my initial ABA class as an undergrad, the material just made SENSE! It seemed logical, for example, that we, as human beings, continue to engage in behavior that has been reinforced before. Then, in my second semester, I took a lab and saw the principles of Behavior Analysis applied to reducing self-injurious behaviors of children with disabilities — I was hooked!
Opening a new center is a great opportunity to provide needed services and support to clients and their families in the community as well as provide new staff positions and professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I am especially excited to facilitate professional growth within the new center and observe ongoing progress of our clients.
