Little Leaves is Growing!

We are a professional organization with a powerful social mission: helping children with autism grow and succeed.

We are hiring both experienced and recently credentialed BCBAs for our Centers. Whether you are a recently credentialed BCBA building your clinical skills or a more experienced BCBA with case management experience, our model provides you with the support you need to build a rewarding career. With multiple locations in the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as expanding business in Southern Florida, Little Leaves has ample opportunities for qualified and dedicated staff to join our team.

Growth is one of the four core values of Little Leaves. This starts with growth for our clients, which is why we are in this field! We grow by attracting clinicians who want to keep learning in the field, while we support them with on-going professional development opportunities such as regular supervision by a senior clinician, peer review meetings, financial support for conferences and CEUs, and more. We know we can only grow if we attract dedicated employees who want to learn and grow with us.

Below is a highlighted list of our current job offerings, however Little Leaves is hiring at all our centers. Follow the “All Openings” button below to see all of our current job listings.
